香港中文大学（深圳）2021年秋季学期学生返校安排重要通知

为做好新冠肺炎疫情防控工作，确保我校师生2021年秋季学期平稳顺利开学，根据国家和省、市新冠肺炎疫情防控的工作部署，为切实保障全体师生的健康安全，对于秋季学期学生返校的相关安排如下：

According to the Government's continuing pandemic prevention and control requirements, to ensure the safety of all teachers and students, the relevant arrangements for students returning to campus during the fall semester are as follows:

 

暂不予返校情况

 

 

 

返校前14天内有以下地区旅居史的学生暂不予返校，待所在地区风险等级降到低风险后方可返校：

Students who have travelled to the medium-risk area(s) or city (ies) that contain(s) high-risk area(s) within 14 days prior to the scheduled return time to campus should refrain from returning to campus until the risk-level has been classified as low risk.

 

1) 中、高风险地区

例如：江苏省扬州市广陵区湾头镇为高风险区，则14天内身处（途经）【湾头镇】的学生不予返校。

 

2) 高风险地区所在城市

例如：江苏省扬州市广陵区湾头镇为高风险区，则14天内身处（途经）【扬州市】的学生不予返校。

疫情风险地区信息，请登录“国务院客户端”小程序查询。

 

允许返校情况

 

 

 

NO.1

 

中风险所在城市低风险区学生可以返校，入校后24小时内须进行一次核酸检测，核酸结果出来前不参加非教学聚集性活动，并开展14天自我健康监测。

 

例如：北京市房山区阎村镇乐活家园社区为中风险区，则身处（途经）北京市【房山区长虹东路】的学生可以返校。

 

Students who have travelled to low-risk place(s) that contain(s) medium-risk area(s) within 14 days prior to the scheduled return time to campus must take a Covid-19 diagnostic test within 24 hours of arrival on campus, and avoid social gatherings until the negative test result is received.  Meanwhile, a 14-day self-health monitoring should be conducted.

 

NO.2

 

低风险城市学生可以返校，入校后48小时内须进行一次核酸检测。

Students who have stayed in low-risk cities (except for Shenzhen) within 14 days prior to the scheduled return time to campus must take a Covid-19 diagnostic test within 48 hours of arrival on Campus.

 

特别注意：返校前14天内一直在深圳市的学生无须进行核酸检测。

 

境外入境学生

 

境外入境学生，按照政府规定的入境管理政策开展健康管理。

Students from outside Mainland will need to act in compliance with government policies.

注意！关于本科新生和研究生新生的相关报到流程和详细安排，请注意近期学生事务处与研究生各项目组的邮件通知。

 

返校要求

Return-to-Campus Request Process

 

学生返校时，必须提前2个工作日在“参观港中深”小程序提交入校申请，提供健康码、行程码，经所属部门审批同意后，方可入校：

所有住校生（老生和新生）均由书院/驻深北莫办公室负责审批，走读的海本生由礼文堂负责审批，走读研究生（老生和新生）由项目组负责审批。

All students must submit application in the "Visit CUHK-Shenzhen" mini-program 2 working days in advance (please refer to the attachment I for instructions).  Resident students should apply to their affiliated college or MSU-BIT Office; non-resident specially admitted undergraduate students should apply to Liwen Hall; non-resident graduate students should apply to your program administrators. Only after the application is approved may students return to campus.
